The Frustrations of Playing as Immortals in Diablo Immortal

As I ventured into the world of Diablo Immortal, I couldn't help but notice the peculiarities of playing as an Immortal. Despite our clan's efforts to defend the vault entrance and successfully complete exclusive raids, we still found ourselves at the mercy of those sneaky Shadows. It seems that even with a hundred players constantly camping the vault, sometimes Shadow members would simply pass by without activating the alarm and snatch away good loot.

The vault system is quite innovative, but its flaws become apparent when Shadows can raid as many times as they want. With just a few lucky runs, they can rob all the valuable gear from our Immortal's vault. The exclusive raids are indeed fun, but the rewards are lacking. For example, in Kion's Ordeal, you have to roll for loot, leaving us wondering if we're even getting anything good.

One advantage Immortals do have over Shadows is a percentage buff on base HP and damage based on the crown's level. However, from what I've seen so far, being part of the Shadows appears to be more beneficial than being an Immortal. My clan and two allied clans recently became Immortals three days ago, and while it may still be too early for us to fully grasp the benefits, this experience has left me wondering.

As I reflect on our experiences, I'm left pondering whether being an Immortal truly offers more advantages than being a Shadow. Perhaps we just need to learn how to utilize our exclusive raids more effectively or discover hidden strategies to counteract the Shadows' raiding abilities. Whatever the case may be, one thing is certain – as Immortals, we can't help but feel frustrated when those sneaky Shadows steal away our hard-earned loot.
